Universal Splitter Mounts

Our universal splitter mounts have been designed and will be going into production very soon. We're currently listing them up on a pre-order basis.

The mount is designed in a 2 piece part with the top part being bolted to the vehicle chassis rails, making it a truly solid solution. The top part also have curved slots to allow the mounts to be angled if required. The bottom part is then fixed to the top part using 4 of the bolts, nuts and washed supplied which are also slotted to allow for height adjustability of 100mm. The minimum height from the base of the bottom part to the top of upper part is 293mm and the maximum 393mm.

We have also included a 2 bolt tab on the front of both lower parts allowing the user to greater improve rigidity buy connecting the two lower parts using additional bracing if required (we used 25mm angle section on our own golf).

The mounts are constructed from 3mm 304 grade stainless steel, and are folded and TIG welded. The base plate has M8 nuts that are also TIG welded meaning you can bolt and unbolt the splitter with ease.

The weight of the total kit excluding the hardware is 3.23KG.

The full kit consists of:

• 2x upper part to mount to chassis rails
• 2x lower part to mount to the splitter material
• 8x M10x25 stainless bolts
• 8x M10 stainless nylock nuts
• 16x M10 stainless washers
